In Minnesota, the Republicans not only gained control of the state House, but also the Senate. Unfortunately, our governor's office will switch from Republican to Democrat. There is still a recount going on, but I don't think it likely that a 7000 vote mistake has been made.

It really depends doesn't it? a 7000 vote lead for a Republican is not safe but it seems a 7000 vote lead for a Democrat is always safe... It is almost like we have two systems of voter recounts in place, one for the Dems and another for the Reps which is really weird...
